Bob Young is a 35-year veteran of most aspects of real estate development ranging from ski-area/golf resort projects to industrial parks in South Texas. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Bob founded his multifaceted development company in 1988. Bob has also served and currently serves as an executive board member several public and private sector organizations. He resides in the foothills of Boulder County and enjoys international travel and RV based outdoor recreation with his children and grandchildren.

Michael Haas is a seasoned real estate developer specializing in entitlement strategy, rezoning, and vertical development. With more than 30 years of experience across residential, multi-use, and government-leased assets, Michael has a proven track record from acquisition through to profitable exit, completing over $250 million in successful projects. Known for his “boots on the ground” leadership style, Michael is hands-on and decisive—solving problems in person, driving accountability, and keeping projects moving efficiently. At Olive Grove, he plays a key role in executing revenue strategy by capturing value through entitlement premiums and leveraging those gains into vertical construction for maximized returns.

Aaron Young is the property management specialist at Olive Grove Partners, specializing in physical asset management and maintenance. With over 14 years of experience in managing both commercial and residential property, Aaron has a proven track record in managing buildings, customers and tenants, with a focus on multi-unit commercial and residential, as well as high value single family assets. Aaron is focused on a people first approach to property management, always prioritizing fairness and compassion in dealing with all situations. He enjoys books, side x siding and the occasional country drive.

As Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Young (PhD, UCLA) oversees all financial operations, including full accounting activities, financial analysis and reporting and tax compliance. With an emphasis on fiscal responsibility, operational responsiveness, and efficiency, Andrew supports strategic decision-making and drives financial stability and transparency for the organization. Andrew lives in Longmont with his wife and two sons, and the family enjoys travel, camping in their RV, and celebrating life in a variety of America’s theme parks.
