Our Story
Founded in 1990 as BBY International Inc., Olive Grove began with a clear mission: to bring leadership, disciplined project management, and collaborative real estate development to communities across Colorado. Established by Robert P. (“Bob”) Young, a seasoned executive with decades of experience in both public and private sector development, our company was built on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Since its founding, Olive Grove Capital Partners has grown into a multi-disciplinary development and management firm, leading or participating in dozens of successful projects—from residential communities and mixed-use neighborhoods to commercial complexes and public facilities. The company provides real estate development, project management, and financial services to both private and nonprofit organizations, as well as developing its own properties.
For more than four decades, the members of Olive Grove Capital Partners have completed or led projects across Colorado, Texas, Montana, and Nebraska contributing to housing solutions, commercial growth, and community infrastructure.
